School Meals

Lunch Time

All pupils have lunch at 1.15pm to 1.45pm

This very short lunch time was introduced in 2004 in an attempt to restrict the number of pupils who left the school site. It really does not provide enough time for pupils to walk even to the most local shops and therefore we expect all pupils to have lunch in school.

There are 2 main choices of lunch venue, our main canteen has a wide variety of hot meals, snacks, sandwiches and salads.

If your child recieves Free School Meals they can use their cashless fob at any serving point in the canteen. We also accept cash in our conservatory area. The choice here is less and concentrates on snacks and sandwiches. The menu for each day is worked out by Cardiff Schools Catering who provide a price list for all parents here.
